Delivery Address Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Due to our fast order processing times, Jimmy Coco cannot guarantee changes to delivery addresses once an order has been placed.
Whilst we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address amendment requests prior to dispatch, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed to our delivery partners, no address changes can be made.
Orders dispatched to the address provided at checkout will be considered correctly fulfilled. Jimmy Coco accepts no responsibility for delays, losses, additional shipping costs, failed deliveries, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
Customs, Duties & Local Taxation
If you live outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to customs clearing/duties, local taxation, and additional processing charges that vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Please note that customs clearance procedures can sometimes delay your delivery.
If customs, taxes, or delivery is refused, the amount charged by your local authority to Jimmy Coco will be deducted from your refund.
Product Inspection & Claims
Customers are required to inspect all products upon receipt. Any shortages, damages, defects, incorrect items, or concerns regarding the condition of a product must be reported to Jimmy Coco within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery, together with photographic evidence where applicable.
Products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, resold, or incorporated into a treatment may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit unless a manufacturing defect has been reported within 48 hours of delivery and verified by Jimmy Coco.
Jimmy Coco cannot accept responsibility for defects, damages, shortages, incorrect items, or performance concerns reported after this 48-hour period, or where products have been used prior to notification being provided. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in any claim being declined.
