HOW TO APPLY / USE

Shake thoroughly before use and prime the pump by spraying 1–2 pumps into the sink. Apply to clean, dry skin . Hold 20–30cm from the face and mist evenly over the complexion, neck and décolletage. For the most seamless finish, gently buff with the Jimmy Coco Face Brush around the hairline, brows, jaw and ears. Allow to dry and leave to develop for 6–12 hours before rinsing with water.

Followed all instructions, everytime I have used I have shaken and then pumped a small of first excess before use, but still comes out in clumps and then after applying with use of facial brush it clogs up pores so looks like I have been infested with black heads

The spray is coloured, unlike other facial tanning sprays i have tried. This removes the convenience of being able to spray and go, it requires blending. It also doesn't sit well on top of moisturiser, another negative compared to other facial tanning sprays. The colour itself is quite dark when applying, but most of this washes off ( or transfers to your pillow), leaving a very light tan, so more than 1 application would be needed if wanting to achieve a medium tan look.

I haven't taken pictures to show you but I was actually going to contact your customer service about this mist. I have recently purchased your souffle, mitt,body and face brush which I love ❤️ but this mist isn't a mist its a terrible spray that nomatter how many times I spray into the sink or how far I hold it away from my face it still splatters all over my face any everything in my bathroom too! It shouldn't be referred to as a mist as its certainly not that and I would not have purchased if I knew it wasn't a mist! I've tried many times since recently receiving it,following all instructions, holding it further away than advised but each time has been awful and not as advertised at all. It is not a product that can be successfully sprayed on the face,in the end I've had to spray it on the brush over the sink to apply which defeats the purpose of a handy mist. I have much better results dipping my brush into the souffle so wasted my money on the spray(mist)as the souffle works better. Id also like to say that working with the souffle I've had no problems with transfer onto my hands but the spray left me with orange fingers, nails and blotches on my hands even when washed immediately after use. The next attempt I wore gloves to try and apply yet next day my hands had orange blotches again so the face spray must transfer hour's after application as I was extra careful but must have touched my face at some point a few hour's later which is not acceptable as it says you can apply makeup before or after using the mist??? I was very happy with my 1st purchases and would continue to repurchase but not if nothing is done to reimburse me for this impossible to use product that is nothing like the advertised description.

I ordered, excited to try the new face tan. It obviously advises a quick spray into the sink so it doesn't spray "freckles" but after several sprays it still does so. The other thing is that a discount code was issued shortly after I ordered which is very frustrating as a loyal and repeat customer!
